It’s crazy to think that this gorgeous day was only 4 months ago! Oh how our seasons change so fast! It was just the start of summer in June and the sun was just starting to get hot. Summer vacations were in the works and wedding season was kicking off!
Tyler and Jordan have the best little love story! These two actually dated for 9 months while in high school during their grade 12 year! At the time, it didn’t work out, but as luck would have it they reconnected two years later! A couple years after that, they planned the most perfect wedding in the Okanagan. Jordan and her bride tribe got themselves ready at the beautiful Royal Hotel on the waterfront in downtown Kelowna. The theme was Friends inspired, equipped with customized robes “The one where Jordan gets married” and the “One where I’m the bride”. I’m a huge Friends fan myself, so this was very exciting for me! They tied the knot at Sunset Ranch surrounded by their closest friends and family in a celebration of love. They each took turns sharing all the reasons why they were standing in that very spot professing their love to one another and there wasn't a dry eye in the house! They even had me shedding a tear behind the lens! After the ceremony, we all headed off for bridal party and bride and groom photos which are of course my favourite part of a wedding day! Tyler and Jordans bridal party was such a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so laid back and all around happy to be there to support their friends. Champagne was popped and many laughs were had. My time with them came to an end shorty after they made their grand entrance into the reception where they partied the night away dancing and mingling with loved ones.
